Refunds & Exchange
We of course want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases, but if you have any problems with your purchase we'll be pleased to offer you an exchange or credit note.
To receive an exchange or credit note please return the item(s) to us unworn/unused in its original packing with product tags attached within 7 days of receipt. Once we've received the return*, the full price of the item will be credited less the delivery costs.
Where an exchange is required please contact us to let us know the alternative product that you require and we will check it is available and reserve you the correct size, design or gift of your choice.
For sale items we can only offer an exchange or credit note. For items 70% off or clearance items no refunds or exchange will be accepted.
*Return postage costs are at your expense. We cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged during return postage so we recommend you send the items insured and recorded delivery. We will not charge you additional delivery costs for your exchanged product(s).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
